THE ASSEMBLY PROBLEM
A city broadcasts constantly. Almost none of it is together.
Traffic flow, incident reports, camera snapshots, transit arrivals, bike availability, charging status, weather, flights, and public-safety signals all describe the same place from separate systems.
The work becomes manual assembly. A dashboard still leaves those signals beside one another. The question operators care about is where they overlap, so the interface has to be geographic too.
